Stirring Machines

Stir-Ators
- Come single, double or triple auger machines
- Fit 18′ to 48′ bins
- Can cut drying time by 50%
- Spiral stirring pattern
- Allows the augers to spend more time stirring the outside of the bin rather than the center of the bin
- Moves the outside auger closer to the bin wall
- Allows you to have wet holding, drying and storage all in the same unit
- Bin can be filled with the Stir-Ator running to stir the grain
- Easier start ups, more flighting at bottom of auger where the most grain is stirred
- Will shut down if the trolley gets in a bind position
Stir-Rite
- Simple rugged “I” beam construction
- Spiral stirring pattern stirs all the grain efficiently
- Cast iron rollers are machined to fit between the flanges on the I beam
- Heavy duty cable propels the trolleys along the I beam
- Increasing pitch down augers start easier, loosen & mix the grain more uniformly
- Hard surfaced down augers provide long lasting life
- Moves the hottest and driest grain from the bottom of the bin upward
- Goose-neck pivot design, permitting the auger to move from the center or the bin to 7″ of the bin wall
Circu-Flow
- Features a single tapered sweep with a 6″ diameter center vertical auger
- Allows for transfer of grain up the center of the bin for conveyance to another bin for cooling or on the last bin full the transfer auger can be left off for re-circulation
- Transfer capacity is approximately 200 BPH
- Easy to expand as your operation grows
Fastir
- Mixes driest grain from the bottom of the bin with the wetter grain toward the top.
- Loosens grain, reduces static pressure and increases airflow, which then means the grain dries more quickly and efficiently
